Summer Series Keeps Rolling On

The weather was perfect, if not just a tad bit chilly, last Wednesday night as the band performed an outdoor concert at the main entrance of Peabody Retirement Community. It was the first outdoor concert at Peabody in several years, and hopefully a more frequent occurrence!

Coming up this next Saturday, the band will be at Silver Lake Days performing its annual pre-parade concert in the middle of downtown Silver Lake between 10 and 11 AM. If you haven’t heard the band yet this year, it’s a great opportunity. Get there early with your lawn chairs and favorite cold beverage for this Silver Lake tradition! Of course, the band will also be in the parade following.

Also, another concert has been added to the summer series. The band will be at South Whitley on Sunday, July 6th at the town park gazebo performing at 1 PM. It will be the first civic band concert in South Whitley in several years, and the last concert of the early summer set. What better way to enjoy the end of the Fourth of July weekend than with an All American community band concert.
